How credits work
Each generation spends credits: 10 for 480p, 20 for 720p. Credits live in your account balance and never expire.
If a generation fails, the credits for that clip are refunded automatically — once per failed job, no ticket needed.
Packs are one-time purchases. There is no subscription, so nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
480p or 720p?
480p · 10
480p (10 credits) is the light option — a good first clip to test the workflow and your photo. It looks fine on most phones.
720p · 20
720p (20 credits) doubles the sharpness for clips you plan to feature. The format is the same 9-second vertical video with audio either way.
